This skirt is awesome! Material is light and good quality. I can wear it as a skirt, strapless dress, or halter dress if you turn the side to the front and tie the strings around the back of your neck. I am 5'3", 125 lbs, small busted, petite in hips and waist and the xs fits perfect...even a bit roomy. If you are big busted, or curvy then order your normal size.
